The Logo “Helping Pets Find Wonderful Homes” and the beautiful artwork on posters and t-shirts were chosen from a contest between 2nd and 3 rd graders at Carrboro Elementary! Special Thanks to all of the young artists that participated! We are extra proud of this year’s logo and artwork as it really depicts what APS stands for! Special Thanks also to Carrboro Elementary for allowing the children to show their love for animals!!!!

The winning artist and her family will each be presented with a t-shirt depicting the winning drawing!

Personality Profile: I'm a very sweet and smart dog. I love to have my ears and belly scratched. I absolutely love toys and treats. I am also housebroken. Currently I am in a foster home with 5 other dogs and I get along great with all of them. My ideal home with have another dog to show me the ropes and a fenced yard.

Personality Profile: I was a fabulous mother to five kittens who have all been adopted. I also helped take care of 6 other kittens that weren't biologically mine -- but I loved them like they were my own. I get along great with other felines.
