SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

VOLUNTEER!

Activities for the Walk for Animal Protection are geared towards fun for all ages of people and pets!

Vendors: Dozens of local vendors will be present to show you their pet related goods!

Games: Fun games will be scattered throughout the day to allow your pets to show their stuff and win great prizes!

Music: Stan Lewis and Rockin’ Revelers will be onstage to entertain!

Demonstrations: Fly Ball, Agility, and the APS Drill Team will be on hand to show us what they can do!

Walk: a leisurely 2 mile stroll around Southern Village has been planned for all who attend!

Face Painters: a local Girls Scout group will provide face painting!

Presentation of APS Pet Idol: an on-line contest has culminated in you selecting the Grand Marshall of the 2nd annual Walk for Animal Protection. Can’t wait to meet this year’s winner!

Personality Profile: I'm a very sweet and smart dog. I love to have my ears and belly scratched. I absolutely love toys and treats. I am also housebroken. Currently I am in a foster home with 5 other dogs and I get along great with all of them. My ideal home with have another dog to show me the ropes and a fenced yard.

Personality Profile: I was a fabulous mother to five kittens who have all been adopted. I also helped take care of 6 other kittens that weren't biologically mine -- but I loved them like they were my own. I get along great with other felines.
